Our Plate Carrier Shoulder Pads are constructed of 500D Cordura and 1/4" closed cell foam. They are 2.5" wide by 7.5" long and feature a laser-cut wrap-around sleeve that is secured with hook and loop. The sleeve is approximately 6" long and designed to wrap around straps that are 2" wide. On the inside, top of the pad, there is a strip of mil-spec hook, which can be used to further secure the pads to any shoulder straps with downward facing loop. We can replace the hook with loop if you do not require that feature. On the outward facing sides, we have laser cut slots for inserting comms management loops (Not Included - contact us for details). NOTE: as of 20 Jun 2020 all Plate Carrier Shoulder Pads will have six 1” laser cut slots instead of ten 0.75” slots.
