The Med Pouch Dangle Panel provides a simple and secure method of mounting our Med Pouch beneath a plate carrier, positioning essential medical supplies in an easily accessible location without occupying additional MOLLE space.

The panel suspends the Med Pouch horizontally from the hook-and-loop field commonly found beneath the front plate bag of modern plate carriers. A pass-through channel securely captures the Med Pouch mounting panel, allowing the pouch to be quickly installed or removed while maintaining the tear-away functionality of the system.

Designed for maximum versatility, the Med Pouch mounting panel can be installed in either orientation, allowing the user to position the buckle and tear-away direction to suit their preference. The Dangle Panel is fully compatible with both the vertical and horizontal versions of the Med Pouch mounting panel, making it an adaptable solution across multiple loadout configurations.
